How to add ALL the ITV regions to your system !

First press the "Services" button on your remote. You will then see the menu shown below:

Select "4 System Setup", then select "4 Add Channels" at the next menu.

Now use the arrow keys to select the Frequency, Polarisation, Symbol Rate and FEC as shown in the list below:

10.832/H 22.0 and 5/6 Carlton/LWT, Carlton Central, Carlton Westcountry, HTV Wales, HTV West.
10.891/H 22.0 and 5/6 Anglia, Border England/Scotland, Granada, Meridian, Tyne Tees, Yorkshire.
10.906/V 22.0 and 5/6 Channel Islands, Grampian, Scottish, UTV.

Now select "Find Channels" - A list of available channels will appear. Select the channels you wish to add by pressing the YELLOW button. Then press "Select" when finished.

Your set top box will then display "Channel Line-up Complete". Press "Select" to continue.

The new channels can now be viewed by selecting "Other Channels" from the services menu.

TOP TIP: How to remove the "PRESS RED" logo from Sky Digital

If, like myself, you are totally sick of having your favourite program interrupted by the "PRESS RED" interactive logo appearing in the corner of the screen you'll be glad to know that there is a solution:

When the "PRESS RED" logo appears press the red button on your Sky remote and then quickly press the BACKUP button before the interactive services appear. You should then find that the "PRESS RED" logo remains invisible until you change channel !!!!!

Alternatively you can manually program a channel using the "ADD CHANNELS" feature on your set top box and then access the channel via the "OTHER CHANNELS" menu. The "PRESS RED" logos don't appear when viewing channels this way !
